Sealed proposals from the interested parties are invited having an approximate plinth area of 2000 – 3500 sq.ft. for Regional Evaluation Centre (REC) of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) (an establishment by an Act of Parliament) at Guwahati.
